investing in the stock market for cash flow
A CD I picked up last year just for the fun of it is offering me a wonderful .89% interest for a year. It boggles my mind that people stand in line waiting to get these things. How can any banker look anyone in the eye and actually sell something that makes just over 1%, mine is less than that one for a whole year. Really?... What are people thinking... 1%? Last time I looked there are over 3022 profitable companies paying dividends higher than 1%. Further looking and I came up with 2139 of these companies are offer twice as much as my wonderful bankers has decided to offer me. Just a little food for your thoughts. Why on earth would someone tie up a bunch of their money for a yearly rate like that when you could invest the money yourself and make more, not even the same, but MORE. Easily investing for cash flow with stock that pay out dividends. Anyone out there want to answer that question for me?
